Goodness Vanilla Pods are the real thing — hand-selected, cured to peak moisture, and bursting with the kind of complex, floral vanilla character that no extract can fully capture. Split one open and the seeds alone are enough to perfume an entire batch of panna cotta or a litre of crème brûlée.

These are Grade A pods, harvested at maturity and processed to preserve their natural vanillin content (1.7–2.2%) and moisture (22–28%). Supple, glossy, and deeply aromatic — exactly what a vanilla pod should be.
